Tools Needed:

·Shovels - the number of shovels needed depends on the number of riders that work at the trail have at least two of each so more than one person can work at as time and there is always an extra.
·Hoe - Digs up dirt and can be used to carve out lips.
·Wheelbarrow - to build jumps up quicker and to move good dirt (like clay or loom) from one place to where you’re building, also can hold all tools when done.
·Roller/Bikes - the roller is used 2 smooth out the jumps and smooth out surrounding areas; bikes can be used for the same thing.
·Water - if you have a hose it works the best but water is needed to harden jumps (explained later).
·Friends - always better to ride with friends also helps to have them around just in case anyone gets hurts.
·You may also require lawnmowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, etc to clear out a spot to build.

Knowing how to do this properly will allow you to continue to learn new tricks at dizzying heights. Not knowing this well can cast you. 1.) Mind over matter. Confidence is 80% of the game. If you beleive you can do something you are more likely to land it. If you wig out in the middle of a drop in, your gonna slam bottom and chicks will call another guy. 2.) Know when to surrender. If you're so tweaked out that you aren't corrected by landing time and still think you can pull it off, go for it. Confidence, maytee. However, if it's ugly from the get-go, make sure the bike is the hell away from you when coming in for a crash landing, especially not over your head.

20 feet high ramp
ramp behind the van
Yesterday afternoon the BMX Action Crew had a bit of a challenge. A friend of ours had to get rid of a 20 feet high ramp 'cause the hall where it was standing was going to be rented. We first cut the thing in two pieces cause you can't move a 20 feet high and 20 feet wide ramp in one piece :?. Afterwards we put the ramp on four little role caddies and pulled the thing with our 93' volkswagen van. The ride was almost 6 kilometres and it took us about an hour to get to the place we wanted it. Click on read more to watch a short video of us pulling the huge ramp.
